I am kind, considered, thoughtful and connected. I have developed a beautiful relationship with the spectrum of love within the sphere of a wedding environment and have learnt to support and care for my couples throughout their day, to create the most beautiful documentation of a unique love that belongs to them.
Love is the magic that keeps this world turning and it should be observed, listened to, celebrated and shared, to continue to inspire hope. The last eight years of shooting love stories have been an honour and a privilege and I can’t wait to see what the next chapter brings.
As a note: ALWAYS INTENTIONAL - What does this mean to me?
I’ve become a little bit disheartened by the developments in social media and AI services and what that has done to creatives industries, connection and presence - so as part of my personal brand I make it my a daily endeavour to use minimal AI in my work which consists of only some light tidying/de-noising in Lightroom. I don’t use AI to create and write posts. Everything you see is me, and it’s all personal experience and from the heart.
I aim to be a wedding photographer who is consciously sharing online with your permissions and preferences only. And a photographer who is present with you from the outset, through conversation and engagement but not falling into the role of entertainer on my own socials.
As I move forward with my business I am looking to live simply, more human, more real and more analogue in a world that is content heavy.

the booking process

If you have already enquired and I have confirmed my availability, I will send you a digital contract and request for your booking fee which will hold your date. I’ll set you up with a client portal on my system, so you can access your documents at any time and request add ons. once complete i’ll send you a complimentary welcome box in the post. I am always available to a chat if you need anything along your wedding journey.
can we book a couple shoot?

I fully recommend getting booked in for a couple shoot. I take limited bookings over winter and spring so I have a little more flexibility in the ‘off season’ months for shoots but can accommodate depending on my availability all year round. I am based in the North East of England but can travel to your location for additional costs. These sessions are such a beautiful time to shred any nerves and to hang out and get to know each other before your big day. It also means you have some heartfelt images to share in the lead up!
can we chat before our wedding date?

I will get in touch around a month before your wedding to organise a Zoom consultation (on a midweek date), for around 2 weeks prior to your date. You should have most of your planning journey complete by then. If we haven’t already met on a couple shoot this a great time to connect and get a feel for each others energy and I can see how you both gel together before your big day. Speaking before your wedding day can give us a chance to go over your schedule and I can work with you to pencil any plans for photography across the day and to give advise on anything you may have questions about.
what is your working process like across our day?

I have been photographing weddings for over 8 years, so I have wealth of experience and knowledge around all things weddings, working with the weather in different environments, I’ve met a huge number of people in that time and I have become incredibly skilled in reading a room, knowing when to step in and how to adapt to many different circumstances. Myself and your second shooter* will spend the time with you documenting your day in a mix of documentary style or gently directed across particular times of your day. You will see from my testimonials how compassionate and engaged I am when I work. The love I have for my job will be felt by you across the day and there to be seen in your gallery.
*second shooters can be added on to your package.
when and how will we receive our gallery?

I aim to deliver your gallery within 12 weeks, when the season is slower or super busy it could flex a little more or less but as I only take on a limited amount of weddings every month to prioritise my couples and give you a unique personalised experience. Your gallery is delivered in your own personal online high resolution gallery and can be viewed, shared and downloaded as many times as you want. You’ll receive a minimum of 500 images for a full day.

I love a testimonial, they are so important for my enquiring couples to see, so I always ask at the end of an experience that you share your lovely memories with me. I also offer maternity, newborn, family and anniversary shoots in limited availability and prioritised to my returning couples. It is always an absolute honour to be invited back to photograph your milestones.
